Jurassic Camp Bay

Was out trying to get a a sunset picture with long beams of light and shadow being cast off of trees, turns out I was at the wrong place though still some fun to be had =]

The glowing tree was pure chance, I looked up and there it was :-p ( the glowing tree is not hdr btw)

Both taken with a 350D, tripod & remote release on a 17-55mm

    Very interesting colour and catchy composition on the glowy trees – I like. Agree w/mike -top one is agood shot and I do expect a dinosaur to appear at any time..

    Both are great images but the top one has more impact in my opinion.

    I also like the top picture more. I will also straighten the horizon on the top one, to me it slightly leans back.
