    This is were DOF is important as some parts are not sharp would prefer around f11 whole bird pin sharp by upping iso to 200 still acceptable.this would let me shoot at 1/200 and around f11 for sharpness

    Hi Faan – suspect we have a new camera here – enjoy! he 3100 is a great little cam! Main prob for me here is the light direction with the eye (face) on the shady side, yet some burning on the white feathers. Focus seems sharp on the back of the neck but fading towards the eye – F11 and s/s of 1/200 or higher as Mike suggested.
